Brittany Murphy's Husband and Mom Were Sharing a Bed

by girls   August 18, 2010 at 3:50PM  |  Views: 425

The tragic death of Brittany Murphy just got hit with the strange bus. Strangely, the coroner’s report on Simon Monjack’s untimely death reveals that at the time of his death he was sharing a bed with Brittany Murphy's mother.

The L.A. County’s Coroner’s report outlines that Monjack died of pneumonia and had heart disease. This is eerily similar to the reason given for Murphy’s death. This however is far from the most interesting part of the report. No siree! Buried in the report is the startling (and gross) revelation that at the time of his death he was sleeping with Murphy’s mother. Well, they were more like strange bedfellows.

According to TMZ,  an “investigator and the unnamed person (Sharon) were going through the master bedroom in the Hollywood Hills home that Simon shared with Brittany ... when (Sharon) pointed to one side of Simon's bed and identified it as ‘her side of the bed.’” The report also outlines that Sharon claimed ownership of prescription drugs that bared the name Sharon Monjack, her first name and Simon’s last name. It is unknown why she did this or what that even means.

The report does not suggest there was any contact of a sexual nature between the two. Sharon Murphy is reportedly outraged by the release of the report and released a poorly-written statement saying, “The TMZ story with it's [sic] salacious headline suggesting that my prescious [sic] son-in-law Simon and I slept in bed together, infering [sic] sexual contact is journalism at its lowest.”

Whatever the case, it’s certainly strange.
