Kelly Brook to Take it Off

British babe Kelly Brook is set to pose for iconic men’s magazine Playboy. The curvaceous model has signed a $500,000 deal to appear in a nude pictorial that will be published later this year. Brook is best known for her incredible natural breasts which are a size 34E. Brook will shoot the spread later this month in the Mediterranean in what will be an “arty and tasteful” shoot. Brook, who is best known in the United States for dating Billy Zane, is hoping the magazine pictorial and her role in the upcoming Piranha 3D will boost her profile and fame. [Daily Mail]

Golden Girl Rue McClanahan Dies

Another Golden Girl has entered the big retirement home in the sky. Rue McClanahan, who played the continually horny, sex hungry retiree Blanche Devereaux on the hit TV sitcom, has passed away at age 76. The Emmy Award-winning actress, who also had a major role in Maude, died after suffering a stroke. Interestingly McClanahan said she originally read for the role of Rose but swapped parts with Betty White just prior to the first table read. Betty White, now the last surviving Golden Girl, released a statement saying, “Rue was a close and dear friend. I treasured our relationship. It hurts more than I ever thought it would, if that's even possible.” McClanahan is survived by her only son. [NY Daily News]

Judge Prevents Release of Jim Carrey Movie

A California District Court judge has issued a preliminary injunction preventing the U.S. release of the indie comedy I Love You Phillip Morris, starring Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor. The film was produced by French movie studio EuropaCorp, which licensed domestic rights to Consolidated Pictures Group. The film premiered in 2009 at Sundance and Consolidated took U.S. rights and planned to release it, first in February, then March, April, and then July. However, the Luc Besson-backed EuropaCorp says it never got the full $3 million advance that Consolidated agreed to pay last year. An agreement between the two parties was amended in February to allow Consolidated to pay in three installments, but EuropaCorp says it still didn't receive any money. Dra-ma [Black Book Mag]

Shannen Doherty Surfaces in New Horror/Comedy Webseries

If you've been wondering what former 90210 sexpot/bad girl Shannen Doherty has been up to, wonder no more. As of today, she's part of the new online series Mari-Kari, which can been seen exclusively on FEARnet. Doherty plays a dual role as both Mari and Kari in the horror/comedy series, which centers around a grade school girl and her super-spooky, revenge-minded sister. With new episodes every Thursday this month, the series might be one to keep an eye on. [FEARnet]

It's Time to Talk About How Awesome Kobe Bryant is Again

Game one of the NBA Finals is starting tonight, which means that broadcasters, sports writers, and that annoying guy in accounting who doesn't control the volume of his voice will get to talk about Kobe Bryant's legacy for the next two weeks. Bryant already has four NBA titles and a victory over the Celtics this year would leave him just one ring behind Michael Jordan. Throughout the series the word "legacy" and "not technically convicted" will be thrown around repeatedly and this evening is the first chance to get a taste. (Unconfirmed reports also indicate that other players may be involved in this series, too.) [ESPN]

Teen Criminal Offered $50,000 to Surrender

An anonymous donor offered $50,000 to a 19-year-old burglar suspected of looting vacation homes, raiding businesses, and stealing planes around the Northwest if he turns himself in within five days. Colton Harris-Moore has been on the run since April 2008, when he escaped from a group home south of Seattle. Authorities believe he's responsible for numerous break-ins in five Washington counties, British Columbia, and Idaho. Police also believe he has taken four planes, luxury cars, and power boats. Bounty hunter Mike Rocha and Edmonds criminal defense attorney James Johanson announced the donor's offer and declined to say anything about where the money came from. We don’t know who this kid is, but we wanna party with him. [Herald Net]
