Kim Kardashian’s Big Sister Poses for Lad Mag

Kourtney Kardashian is the lesser-known sister of the Kardashian family. Well, not for long. The eldest Kardashian is following in her younger sister’s footsteps and taking off her clothes for a sexy photo spread in a lad magazine. Kourtney stripped off for the latest issue of Maxim and looks smoking hot. The 29-year-old celebutante opens up about her first kiss, her first car, and her first run-in with the paparazzi.  She also talks candidly about meeting her stepfather, Olympian Bruce Jenner, for the first time. Hooters Girls are Talented

Hooters girls may be the best waitresses in the world. They take their job of serving wings and beer very seriously. Some Hooters Girls go that extra mile and make the Hooters dining experience even more delightful. Ronnie James Dio To Write Autobiography

Ronnie James Dio has officially announced that he has begun penning his very own autobiography. Ronnie is working hard on the book and has said that it will “not be centered around” Dio so much as him telling his “life story through the stories of those around” him. Dio went on to say, “I’m writing it and it’s certainly going to be very, very interesting for people interested in the bands I’ve been in and the people I’ve played with.”  Metal! [Classic Rock]

Pet Shop Boys Say No to Name Change Request

The Pet Shop Boys have refused to change their name to the Rescue Shelter Boys to aid an animal rights group campaign aimed at discouraging people buying cats and dogs from pet outlets. PETA wrote to Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe asking the British legends to consider joining their campaign to turn pet buyers to animal shelters instead of stores. PSB reluctantly turned the offer down and posted a letter on their official website stating: "(PETA) has written to Pet Shop Boys with a request they are unable to agree to but nonetheless think raises an issue worth thinking about." Sorry, doggies. [Contact Music]

Transformers in High Resolution

A new batch of high res concept art renderings of pretty much the full cast of robots that make up Transformers 2 is here. Skids, Mudflap, Sideswipe, Megatron, and others are depicted and, even if the movie stinks, they look like they’re going to make the coolest action figures ever. And let’s not forget that that’s how Transformers began – as action figures, which led to the cartoon, which led to the animated feature, which led twenty years later to the live action feature. I think the lesson of the Transformers is this: if it makes for an awesome toy, it has high potential to make for an awesome movie, or two (or three, as the case may be). []

Eyeborg Project Makes an Advance

Canadian filmmaker Rob Spence lost his eye in a childhood accident, but in the face of technologic developments, has decided he wants technologic developments in his face.  He wants a camera (with power source) built into his prosthetic eye. This is unprecedented, but the team has managed to put an LED light in there as a test case.  Not only is this cool, but he totally looks like a Terminator now. [Gizmodo]

Another Reason Why Vegans Are Hilarious

ILVTOFU. Does that seem obscene to you? If it does, you might want to apply for a job at the Colorado Department of Revenue. When mother-of-three Kelley Coffman-Lee requested this combination of letters for a vanity license plate, she was turned down. While Kelley wanted the world to know just how much she loves tofu, the DOR saw it as a profession of love for something else entirely. "I-LV-TOFU" was deemed too risque, with the DOR thinking it could be misinterpreted as "I-LV-TO-F-U." [KMGH Denver]
