Winnipeg Mayor Kicks Child in Face

bydavidbreitman   August 25, 2010 at 1:56PM  |  Views:  |  Comment

Everybody’s parents have to come from somewhere. Mine – after reviewing this video – were born, raised, and collegiately educated in a small Canadian town where municipal politicians appear to boot small children between the eyes.

Sam Katz, the esteemed mayor of Winnipeg, decided that shaking hands and kissing babies was a little too clichéd for his tastes, so he elected to “accidentally” reach out to a future voter with a swift kick to the temple.

Though probably an accident, the aggressive soccer move will likely make the child think twice about doing drugs or keeping his head down in the offensive zone.

Quite frankly, that's just good politics.

(Fun note: My Dad went to college with this guy.)
