A recent survey of 950 human resources staff and business managers has concluded that your online persona may play a larger roll in your getting and maintaining employment than you thought. Hit the jump to see how you're about to get canned.

68% of employers that haven’t Google-stalked potential hires said they’re going to start.  And, already, 24% of hirers have decided to nix a potential employee because of questionable content (especially pictures and comments) seen on various social networking sites.
