Scrambled Rainbow

Here's one of my favorite:

Scrambled Rainbow

25 pieces beans, sliced thin oblique
1 medium carrot, sliced into match
1 tsp dried shrimp, soaked hot water, roughly chopped
1 egg, shake off
3 red onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
cooking oil

1. Heat oil, saute red onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Enter the dried shrimp, carrots, and beans. Stir until the vegetables wilt.
3. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
4. Add the eggs, mix well.
5. Serve.
