Gentlemen, be careful when you go out hunting for hot, sexy older women aged 35+ (a.k.a. Cougars) as you might get slapped with a lawsuit. Three women are suing the small men’s cable network G4 for $1,000,000 after being supposedly "outed" as cougars on the program Attack of the Show in a segment called "The Great Cougar Hunt" (see the segment after the jump).
In the piece, the women are shown partying at the Chapter 8 nightclub in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. The threesome state in their lawsuit that they were unfairly depicted as cougars or "older women who were attempting to pick up younger men at Chapter Eight, which was described (on the show) as a "world famous Cougar hot spot." The lawsuit defines a cougar as "a sexually cunning 35+ female who is on the hunt for a much younger energetic male." The TV segment presents cougars as the “easiest and most ravenous prey for younger men."
The ladies claim they were filmed without the producers consent, do not date younger men and did not attend the Chapter Eight nightclub in the hopes of “picking up” younger men.
