Sometimes being in the right place at the right time can make all the difference. For 200 or so lucky film fanatics, serendipitous Comic-Con venturing led to a surprise screening for one of the convention’s most anticipated films.
Following a panel discussion for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, the film’s director (Edgar Wright) offered an impromptu invitation check out his handiwork.
"Would you people like to follow me to the theater right now to watch the film?" Wright asked.
A “handful” of excited attendees took Wright up on the offer and followed him to a nearby theater to watch the feature-length film and enjoy a post-viewing after party complete with live music and the stars of the flick.
