There are times it's just hard to pull yourself out of bed of a morning to work out. Sometimes, health conditions prevent it. But, just because you're lying in bed doesn't mean that you can't still exercise. It's easy to work your muscles before your feet even touch the floor. Learn a range of bed exercises that can help you to strengthen your tone ankles, hamstrings, and abdominal muscles that will aid your ability to walk. In bed exercises can be done every morning each time you wake up.
