There’s nobody in this country that deserves more respect than the men and women who defend our nation. They put their lives on the line everyday and ask little in return - which is why when people take advantage of this, it is just plain infuriating.
Earlier today, in Washington, D.C., the urn containing ashes of a Korean War Veteran was stolen from his family’s vehicle hours before he was going to be laid to rest in a military burial.
Police believe the assailant committed the crime in order to sell the urn for what we will assume is drug, community college, or Albanian midget pornography debts.
Stealing makes you a criminal.
Messing with the military makes you ungrateful.
And ripping off people who work to protect your freedoms makes you a D-Bag.
