10 Questions With Jeremy Miller

by Ink Master   October 05, 2011 at 12:00AM  |  Views: 7,198

Name: Jeremy Miller
Age: 27
City: Austin, TX
Shop: Pigment

Describe yourself in 5 words or less.

Motivated, friendly, competitive, family man

What drew you into the world of tattooing? What inspired you?

I would say something cheesy like "I loved the beautiful art work and creativity in tattooing." But honestly it was the attention I got from girls. What 19 year old guy doesn't want that?

When did you get your first tattoo? What was it?

It was a design I drew and I got it a few days after my 18th birthday.

How many tattoos have you inked total? (An estimate is fine.)

5,334ish. [Cheesy grin]

Have you won any awards?

Yes, I have 27 awards, both national and international.

What's your favorite tattoo that you've ever inked on someone?

My favorite is a large and very colorful cupcake. It was the first tattoo I did in 2011.

What was the worst tattoo you've ever seen?

Man, there are so many options. I saw this portrait of Lily Munster that was just horrible. Poor woman looked like a man.

Who is your muse?

My wife.

Who is your tattoo crush (e.g. whose tattoos do you admire)?

Tomasz "Tofi" Torfinski.

Who do you think is your biggest competition on the show?

Josh Woods and Shane O'Neill.
