Gossip Girl’s Great Tush

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester hit the beach yesterday with gal pal Emily Rossum. The sexy TV star wore a tiny black bikini and celebrated Mother’s Day by lifting her tush in the air. Her mother must be proud. [Celebrity Gossip]

Carrie Prejean Blames Satan

Miss California USA Carrie Prejean is blaming the devil, saying Satan tried to tempt her with a question about gay marriage at the Miss USA pageant. Ms. Prejean appeared as a guest on Dr. James Dobson’s Focus on the Family program and told Dobson, “I felt as though Satan was trying to tempt me in asking me this question. And then God was in my head and in my heart saying, 'Do not compromise this. You need to stand up for me and you need to share with all these need to witness to them and you need to show that you're not willing to compromise that for this title of Miss USA.'" Carrie’s fate will be decided by Donald Trump tomorrow. [Huffington Post]

Five Minutes of Terminator Salvation

We have pizza to thank for many things: its deliciousness, its next-day functionality, and now we have pizza (Pizza Hut, more specifically) to thank for putting up five minutes of Terminator Salvation on its website. In the clip we see Reese and Wright come face to face with The Harvester, the huge-as-hell robot we’ve seen in the trailers that picks up humans and takes them away for Terminator show-and-tell. There’s a behind-the-scenes segment after the clip. So, in conclusion, pizza is awesome. [Slash Film]

Perry Farrell Injured During Live Show

Jane's Addiction lead singer Perry Farrell is recovering from a torn calf muscle he suffered on stage at a concert in Atlanta. The Lollapalooza creator hurt himself during the band’s first song last night at Lakewood Amphitheatre but was able to finish the show. According to a statement from the band's publicist, he was taken by ambulance to Atlanta Medical Center after the show. Doctors told him to stay off the leg for several days, but Farrell says he still plans to perform as planned Tuesday night in Austin, Texas. What a badass. [Billboard]

Chris Brown Denies Leaking 'Any' Rihanna Photos

Source: Egotastic

Risqué photos of Rihanna hit the internet on Friday afternoon in various stages of undress and include one image of a man who resembles Rihanna's one-time boyfriend, Chris Brown. After blogger Perez Hilton suggested that Brown "must be responsible" for leaking the pics, a spokesperson for the singer denied the charge late Sunday. "Rumors that images circulating on the web which purport to be provocative photos of Rihanna were 'leaked' by Chris Brown are both false and defamatory," read a statement from a spokesperson for Brown's label, Jive. Zapatag Brings Online Shame to Bad Drivers

Finally! I've been waiting for this one. The next time you have a close encounter with a reckless driver, you can avoid the single finger salute and take out your frustrations online. Zapatag is a site that allows registered users (username, password, and e-mail address are all that's required) to submit the license plate information of offensive motorists for recognition or public humiliation. That's right, you can now report drunk drivers, cars that run red lights, and hybrid vehicles in the fast lane! The site has no legal connection with any jurisdiction, so your efforts will only serve to lower your blood pressure and make you feel better (and possibly avoid a bullet or two). [DownloadSquad]

Apple Rejects iPhone BitTorrent App, Gives BS Excuse for Reason

What is up with Apple's App Store approval process? First they rejected the NIN app update because they considered The Downward Spiral to be "objectionable content." This time the company's rejected Maza's Drivetrain, an app that allows users to remotely control the Transmission BitTorrent app, because "this category of applications is often used for the purpose of infringing third party rights." Right, "this category of applications," apparently meaning any app that has anything to do with BitTorrent at all -- Drivetrain doesn't actually upload or download anything, it's just used to manage Transmission running on your desktop. That's an awfully paranoid and restrictive stance towards one of the most popular file transfer protocols around, especially since there are millions of legit torrents available, but somehow we're just not surprised -- this type of foolish, petty, and capricious behavior from Apple has sadly become par for the course with the App Store.
