Chinese Flip Phone Plays NES Games

March 6, 2009

If it weren’t for the horrible food, lawlessness, language barrier, and short women, I would live in Asia in two seconds just because of awesome cell phones like this one.  It flips open into a PSP-style handheld gaming device, but that’s not all.

It also plays MP3s, acts as an FM radio, has a TV receiver and e-book reader built in, and comes with NES games.  I blame Barack Obama, mostly, for not delivering these into our hands faster than the Chinese. Here are the stats from Gizmodo:

• Dual sim card
• NES games
• E-book reader
• Dual Screen
• 2.4-inch 16:9 WQVGA LCM, 260k QVGA ; PX: 240*400
• TV receiver
• FM radio
• Bluetooth
• MP3/MP4
• T-Flash Card. 1GB included, 8GB max
• 0.3 Megapixel camera for photos and video (640 x 480 pixel)
