Losing the Belts and Traveling

Traveling.

I hate traveling. I hate it so much. It's exhausting.

Planes are the worst, because you have to go to the airport so many hours in advance, and then it takes forever and a day to get a bag if you checked one. That's if they don't lose your luggage. If I had the choice, I would drive everywhere. In a country as big as the United States, it's not possible with my line of work.

In a country like Japan, it's a bit more realistic. I like traveling in Japan, because we take the bus everywhere. That part's easy. You just hop on. No security, no strangers, no cramped seats, it's not bad at all. Just wake up on time. I hate planes. I had two 30-hour travel days in December. Three flights to get to Osaka and back home. It's terrible being on planes because they're giant germ capsules as well.

At least I had empty seats next to me, but still.

Yuck.
