William Wallace vs Spartan

September 21, 2010

BEGINNING ASSESSMENT: Scotland's patriot that fought off the English, Sir William Wallace, comes to the Bronze age killing machine, the Spartan!

WILLIAM WALLACE:

SHORT RANGE: War Hammer.

MEDIUM RANGE: Claymore Sword.

LONG RANGE: Ball&Chain.

SPECIAL: Targe Shield & Dirk Dagger.

SPARTAN:

SHORT RANGE: Xiphos Shortsword.

MEDIUM RANGE: Spear.

LONG RANGE: Javelin.

SPECIAL: Spartan Shield.

EDGES:

HAMMER vs XIPHOS. EDGE = HAMMER.

This was close but the Hammer wins due to a crushing side and it can also impale a head.

CLAYMORE vs SPEAR. EDGE= SPEAR.

The Spear mostly because of the longer reach and Wallace's armor doesn't stop much

BALL&CHAIN vs JAVELIN. EDGE = JAVELIN.

Both weapons are close but the Javelin is more accurate and maybe longer range. It has great killing power.

TARGE & DIRK vs SPARTAN SHIELD. EDGE = SPARTAN SHEILD

This was close but what made the difference was that the sheild is bigger has bronze on it and is used offencively while the targe would break more easily

BATTLE:

William Wallace is seen walking throughout Greece, after getting a tip off that he was gonna get tricked into death by the english. William sees a bronze covered man and he screams, "SPARTA!" and he throws a javelin. It misses Wallace, and he throws his ball and chain. It bounces off the Spartan's shield. He grabs his spear, which was planted in the ground. He starts running toward William, which brings out his hammer. Before the spear is thrusted at Wallace, the hammer hits the shield, but it comes and hits William back in the chest. William falls down, dropping his hammer. As he's still on the ground, the spear comes down just after he pulls up the hammer to block.

William gets back up, and pulls his claymore out. The spear comes out and he cuts the head of it off. The Spartan pulls the xiphos out, and it stabs Wallace in the left shoulder. William runs away and pulls out his own shield along with the dagger. He stabs the armor of the Spartan and it glances off. The spartan hits Wallace again but just knocks him down, not killing. Wallace stabs the shield with the targe, and it makes a small hole. He attacks with the xiphos, and it hits the targe. Wallace also drops it, leaving him the dagger and sword.

The claymore slashes at the Spartan's leg but the greaves protect. He tries again and slashes the Spartan's arm. The xiphos thrusts into William's leg. He retaliates by slashing his shoulder the spartan is angry and pulls the sword out of wallaces leg and the swords clash the spartan uses his sheild to his it out of his hand wallace is defenceless he funs at the spartan and the spartan drops his sheild wallace is on the ground and the spartan slashes the throat of wallace.Wallace spits up blood and dies, the spartan yells "SPARTA!" and walks home after picking up the rest of his remaining weapons
