Nicole Kidman Has a Freaky Sexual Side

Nicole Kidman has dished the dirt on her sex life to the British version of GQ magazine. In an interview with the magazine Kidman let it slips that her sex life ranged from boring married sex to getting freaking in the bedroom. In the interview she says, “I’ve explored obsession. I’ve explored loss and love in terms of being in a grief-stricken place, I’ve explored strange sexual fetish stuff, I’ve explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy.” Kidman was famously married to Tom Cruise until their divorce in 2001. She is now married to country music singer Keith Urban. Lucky man. [Daily Mail]

Kelly Brook Shows Off Her Buns

Busty British babe Kelly Brook made her debut last night in the British theatrical production of Calendar Girls, based on the popular British film. In it she stars as Miss September and appears topless in a scene. Sadly her large 32E natural breasts are covered by a pair of well-placed buns (with cherries on top). The actress and model, who is taking over the role from Jerry Hall (ex-wife of Mick Jagger), was apparently suffering from a fit of first night nerves. Her breasts, however, have received excellent reviews. [Egotastic]

Risky Business for Risk

In what is yet another inexplicable adaptation of a board game to the big screen, Columbia Pictures has decided it’s going to turn Risk into a movie. Hasbro has hit the jackpot as one after another of its properties gets the silver screen treatment. As for what, exactly, Risk the movie would be about, well, that’s another question altogether. Suffice it to say the story will involve a big, epic war, but who the characters are, what the time period will be, etc., is open to guestimation. [/Film]

500 Rads

Writer/director/film & TV guru J.J. Abrams has a not-so-secret secret project in the works called 500 Rads, a rad referring to an “absorbed radiation dose.” The film has a budget of $25 million, is going to be shot in Europe, and is along the lines of Cloverfield and 28 Days Later. Jeff Pinkner, a writer from Alias, has written the current version of the script, and “a zombie-type film is not out of the question.” Well, if there must be another zombie-type film, at least Abrams’ people are behind it. This might just be…rad. [Pajiba]

Foo Fighters Taking a Break

The Foo Fighters are taking a break from each other after 15 years as a band. Dave Grohl announced this suprising news during an interview with CNN. He told CNN, "I think the band decided to take a break, not because we wanted to stop making music, but because we thought the world needed to take a break from us... It's time to move on into this next chapter or another phase. Maybe it will be different in whatever way. I don't know.” Although Grohl did say that he wanted to make his next album in a more homemade way: "I do know I want to try to make the next record in my garage. I'm serious." [Canoe]

No Doubt Sues Activision Over Use in Band Hero Game

In a replay of Kurt Cobain's appearance in Guitar Hero 5, Activision is taking some serious heat for the use of Gwen Stefani’s likeness in their music game Band Hero. No Doubt are apparently outraged that their avatars can be used to play the full playlist of songs. The suit filed today alleges that Activision withheld information on how the avatars could be used in the game. The funniest aspect of this has to be that users can watch on as Stefani sings Rolling Stones songs with the voice of a man. Hot damn. [LA Times]

NBA Player Makes Political Statement (Or is Just an idiot)

After news of a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader painting her face black in order to dress up like Lil Wayne for Halloween became one of the most highly debated stories on the six o'clock blogs, Utah Jazz point guard Derron Williams fought back by painting his face white (as seen on the link below) in order to look like Cal Ripken, Jr. This was either a savvy statement on reverse racism or an NBA player showing cheerleader levels of intelligence. AT&T Taking Verizon to Court Over Misleading 3G Coverage Map

Verizon Wireless has been showcasing a TV ad showing a beefy Verizon 3G map next to a less impressive AT&T 3G map. AT&T is suing, basically saying it they think people are too stupid to understand how to read a chart and will think AT&T has no phone service outside of its 3G areas. Hey AT&T, here's a solution: spend less money on lawyers and more money improving your network! [Engadget]

Blockbuster Employee Stabs Himself to Get Out of Going Back to Work

29-year old Aaron Siebers stabbed himself then made up some phony story about being attacked by three skinheads in an attempted robbery. However, surveillance footage of the area where it supposedly happened turned up nothing. In the end, Siebers admitted to stabbing himself so he could get out of going to work at a Colorado Blockbuster. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors stitched up his wound. They couldn't do much about his shame, however. We can imagine working there isn't a blast, but wow - why not just call in sick? [The Denver Channel]
