Two new studies have shown that women’s breasts are getting bigger. If that's not a reason to celebrate, then I don't know what is.
In Britain the average cup size has increased from a C to a D. At the same time, British women are getting slimmer. The study found that while cup size increased, the bra size decreased. The study of 1,000 women found that the bra size of women under 30 years of age has decreased from 36 inches to 34 inches.
In Australia over 40 percent of women wear a bra with a cup size DD or bigger. In the 1950s, the average Australian bra cup size was a B. Australian boobs are growing at such a rapid rate that lingerie companies have started manufacturing a K cup bra. The reason for the increase in bust size is due to a higher rate of obesity, wider use of contraceptive pills, and a greater prevalence of artificial hormones.
It might be time to plan a trip to Britain or Australia.
