Dana White to be Honored as Sportsman of The Year

ESPN Radio 1100 will host its 4th annual fundraiser for The Caring Place, a non-profit organization set up to benefit those touched by cancer.

The fund raiser will take place in The Key West Room at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas at 8 a.m. on Friday, July 24th when ESPN Radio 1100 kicks off a 24-hour broadcast dubbed "The Longest Radio Show Ever," according to a press release sent out by the UFC.

Various athletes and celebrities will be there to support the cause and help host the show. Fans will have the chance to host an hour of the show along with their favorite celebrity by submitting bids online at www.WeAreLV.com. Among the celebs will be Dana White, who will officially be named "Sportsman of the Year."

Also confirmed to be there with their Pres. are Chuck Liddell, Forrest Griffin, Stephan Bonnar, Amir Sadollah, Brandon Vera, Randy Couture, Rashad Evans, Matt Serra and Arianny.
