Lindsay Lohan Must Really Love Court | SPIKE

Lindsay Lohan took a break from house arrest today and left her residence to make a delightful trip back to court after allegedly violating her parole. Why does Lindsay love court so much?

The actress walked into the Los Angeles Superior Court early for a change, looking "somber and professional in a long-sleeve button-up shirt tucked inside classic black slacks, pointy-toe heels, aviator sunglasses and minimal jewelry, her hair pulled back into a sleek ponytail." This girl now knows how to dress for a court appearance.

The actress had reportedly been busted with alcohol in her system, a supposed violation of her parole. According to Radar Online the 24-year-old tested positive on June 12 or June 13. The gossip blog writes, "Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn't consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court."

After meeting with Judge Stephanie Sautner for over an hour the actress dodged a bullet and will not return to jail. Saunter ruled that Judge Fox only "required controlled substances testing from January 3 - February 25, 2011" and ordered Lohan's SCRAM bracelet be removed. This means Lohan is legally allowed to drink. The judge told Lohan she was only guilty of "extremely poor judgment" and ordered the actress to refrain from throwing parties at her Venice, California crib.

Lohan is nearing the end of her house arrest and was due to be released Wednesday. The actress has said she is keen to complete her community service and get back to work. That is, if anyone will employ her.
