That is the Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz who will be greeting the Brooklyn boys of Scrap at Brooklyn Borough Hall on August 2 at 10:30am.
He will be presenting a proclamation in honor of the Brooklyn-based series premiering on Tuesday, August 3rd at 10p/9c.
