Bodyguard Accuses Britney Spears of Sexual Harassment

June 9, 2010

One of Britney Spears' head bodyguards has quit protecting the songstress and claiming he could no longer handle her intense sexual advances.

Fernando Flores, a 29-year-old ex-cop, handed in his resignation after “allegedly facing a series of bizarre come-ons.” According to a source close to Flores, Spears would parade around in front of him naked and would try to entice him into her bedroom. According to The Sun newspaper, Britney “was always giving him the come-on and he felt if he didn't reciprocate he could lose his job. He finally handed in his notice last week and is considering legal action.”

Apparently working in the Spears household is a tough job and while the singer may appear to have calmed down in public, at home she still acts erratically. According to a friend of Flores, “Working for Britney is tough. She's a nightmare to deal with and her emotions are totally out of control. She runs round the house naked and yelling at staff. All her guards knew they could be removed if they looked at her the wrong way.”

It seems Britney’s father, who is her legal guardian, rules with an iron fist and instilled fear into the hired help. Last month he ordered Britney’s security team never to let her leave the house without underwear. This made the security staff uncomfortable and according to The Sun, Flores was blamed for an instance where Spears was photographed braless.

Flores is considering a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Britney, claiming her sexual harassment forced him out.
