Worst Neighbor Ever?

In one of the creepiest stories ever about a neighbor, I think it's safe to say that our very own World's Worst Tenants Todd Howard could have really helped Minnesota attorney Matthew Kostolnik.
Sure, we've all had terrible neighbors over the years, but very few of us have resided next door to a legit personal cyber-terrorist. According to reports, Kostolnik's neighbor "launched a calculated campaign to terrorize his neighbors, doing whatever he could to destroy the careers and professional reputations of Matt and Bethany Kostolnik, to damage the Kostolniks' marriage, and to generally wreak havoc on their lives." Holy crap.
As reported by Wired.com, back in in 2009, 46-year-old Barry Ardolf repeatedly hacked into his next-door neighbors' Wi-Fi network, and used it to try and frame them for child pornography, sexual harassment, various kinds of professional misconduct and to send threatening e-mail to politicians, including Vice President Joe Biden.
Luckily, Ardolf was eventually sentenced to 18 years in prison after it was all said and done. Unfortunatly for Kostolnik, it was after the Secret Service showed up at Kostolnik's office to ask about a number of threatening emails directed at our very own Vice President.
On that note, don't forget to watch the series premiere of World's Worst Tenants Tuesday, June 12 at 10:00 PM, ET/PT.
