It’s kind of satisfying to mix the whimsical with the sublime. It’s like reading your art history book with a zombie splatter movie on in the background. That’s what these skateboards are like, but way sexier.
Designer Alexxx Castaneda (get it? He’s got 3 x’s in his name as if to imply eroticism) has painted seven decks with elegantly posed, Rubenesque women painted in the nude. The boards are a little pricey at $400, and are obviously not for skating. But they sure as s*** beat a framed print. Check them out at his NSFW Etsy profile.
