Just when it looked like all the big names had been reeled in and we had an official cast for Kenneth Branagh's adaptation of Thor, Natalie Portman gives us one more name -- and she's nothing to turn your nose up at.
During an interview with MTV News, Natalie Portman (who's going to play Jane Foster, the nurse who helps the human incarnation of Thor) gave us a new little tidbit of casting news. Turns out her friend Kat Dennings is going to co-star in the film, as Portman stated, "Kat Dennings is going to be in it with me and she's a good friend and an amazing actress, so I'm looking forward to that."
No word yet on who exactly Dennings is going to play, though it's possible she could play either The Enchantress Amora or Hela, the Asgardian Goddess of Death. Either way it sounds like those are pretty big shoes to fill.
