Free Throws are Harder Than You Think

One of the top players on college basketballs's best team continues NCAA Basketball's decade-long "war on fundamentals" with this impressive free throw blunder. (Because, let's be honest, nobody makes viral videos about solid defense or effective jump shooting.)

Perhaps the Jayhawks should focus a little less on producing movies about half-court shots they make in practice, and spend a little more time on the basics of basketball.

As somebody who owns three different participation ribbons from the Steve Nash Youth Basketball Camp, let me tell you - fundamentals are slightly more important than the guys making millions of dollars in the Slam Dunk Contest would have you believe.
