According to reports, almost 150 people needed hospital care and 100 or more were arrested following riots in downtown Vancouver directly after the Canucks lost Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals to the Boston Bruins. Apparently individuals were stabbed and one man is in critical condition with head injuries due to a serious fall. Police chief Jim Chu stated that nine officers were injured, including one policeman who was hit with a brick. Chu also said a few officers sustained bite marks and 15 vehicles were burned, including two police cars. Yes, bite marks. What a burn. Literally. This is why Canada can’t have nice things. Jennifer Aniston’s Ring Sparks Marriage Rumors

Jennifer Aniston stepped out in public today with her new beau, actor Justin Theroux, and sent the tabloids into a frenzy because they were both wearing “matching” golf rings on their wedding ring fingers. Aghh, stop the presses! Aniston and Theroux met on the set of their film Wanderlust and recently attended the MTV Movie Awards together. According to Us Weekly, “He's living at her place in L.A., and she's introducing him as her boyfriend.” Aniston has been criticized and labeled a “homewrecker” for dating Theroux as he reportedly ended a 14-year relationship with designer Heidi Bivens to be with her. Bivens recently moved out of the home she shared with Theroux. It is unknown how long they have been separated. [Us]

Tupac Shakur Shooting Confession to be Investigated by NYPD

In a report earlier today, a man came forward and claimed to have been the gunman who robbed Tupac Shakur outside a studio in Manhattan back in 1994. The man, Dexter Isaac, published a letter to which stated that he was given $2,500 dollars by James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond to carry out the now-notorious crime. "James Rosemond hired me to rob 2Pac Shakur at the Quad Studio," Isaac said in the letter. "He gave me $2,500, plus all the jewelry I took, except for one ring, which he wanted for himself. It was the biggest of the two diamond rings that we took. He said he wanted to put the stone in a new setting for his girlfriend at the time, Cynthia Ried. I still have as proof the chain that we took that night in the robbery." Now, according to Billboard, law enforcement officers in New York City have begun an investigation into the recent online posting. For those of you that don’t know, due to the fact that Tupac accused Diddy and The Notorious B.I.G of masterminding the robbery, this is the very moment that started the East Coast vs. West Coast war. More to come… [BET]
