Zach Galifianakis disses Ke$ha, the periodic table gains some elements, and Flo Rida gets busted for a DUI…the Mantenna can’t be tamed!

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, film funnyman Zach Galifianakis opened up about a recent encounter with raunchy popper Ke$ha. After he apparently dissed her on a date request, Galifianakis found himself in the general vicinity of the singer and decided to give her a piece of his amazing mind. He told Rolling Stone, "I saw that Ke$ha woman the other day. She was sitting by herself, and I walked up to her and said, 'Listen, I got your e-mail. Your music is really bad! I don't know who listens to it, but I imagine it's, like, six year olds - and it's a bad message.'" Can this guy get any more awesome. I think not. [Perez Hilton]

Emma Stone is a Thumb-sucker

Emma Stone wasn’t always the hot Hollywood babe we know and love. No, siree. The starlet had her awkward years. Years she’d probably rather forget. The 22-year-old says she grew up wearing glasses and having braces. Plus she had a thumb-sucking problem, one that lasted a long time. She tells Elle magazine, “I sucked my thumb until I was 11, so I had this expander in.” She jokingly adds, “I was a good-looking kid. I never felt, like, dorky. I was just like, 'Yup, these are my braces. I've had them forever.'” What a great attitude. It would seem this ugly duckling grew up to be a beautiful swan. [Elle]

Flo Rida Busted for DUI

Earlier this morning, club rapper Flo Rida was arrested in Miami Beach and charged with a DUI while driving home after some crazy partying on the town. To make matters worse, Rida was also caught driving with a suspended license. According to the Miami Beach Police Department, when asked to perform a standard sobriety test, Flo Rida stated: "I can't do this. I don't think I can walk a straight line. I had a few drinks…" "Let's do another test. I live on the other side of the bridge. I can make it home," Rida drunkenly added. Too good. [TMZ]

Periodic Table Gains Elements

Two new elements have been added to the periodic table, the first additions since 2009. The elements are yet to be officially named and are known currently as 114 and 116. The numbers “refer to how many protons are in the atomic nucleus.” Both elements have extremely short life-spans. 114 falls apart within a few seconds, while 116 wanes in just a fraction of a second. Scientists from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia, and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California are credited with the discovery of both new elements. The elements are likely to be named by the Russians. Names being tossed around include “flerovium,” after the Soviet nuclear physicist Georgy Flyorov, and “moscovium,” after the Russian capital.
