We Paid for Those Breasts, Now We Want Them Back
The Miss California pageant organization has made a strange request in their ongoing legal battle with former Miss California Carrie Prejean.
The pageant organization want Ms. Prejean’s breasts back. The organization mischievously paid for Carrie to undergo breast augmentation prior to her competing in the Miss USA competition. Carrie placed first runner-up in the pageant but caused a firestorm when she answered a controversial question about gay marriage from celebrity blogger Perez Hilton. Carrie said she believed marriage was between a man and a woman.
More controversy struck the 22-year-old after inappropriate, semi-nude photos hit the web. Carrie was eventually dethroned by the Miss California pageant organization, which cited breach of contract.
In late August Carrie filed a lawsuit against the pageant organization “accusing them of libel and religious discrimination for her views on same-sex marriage.” Now the organization is fighting back and they’re going for the throat breasts. The organization recently filed a cross complaint, demanding that Carrie repay the $5,200 it shelled out for her breast job.
Whatever the outcome, Carrie is bound to feel a little less perky.
