7. Nutty Irishman

1 shot Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
1 shot Irish Cream
1 shot Cream

Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

6. Irish Rickey

Ice cubes
Shot of premium Irish whiskey
Juice of 1/2 lime
Mineral water

Add ice, whiskey and lime juice to a tall glass, and top with mineral water.

5.Irish Eyes

1 shot of Irish whiskey
¼ shot of crème de menthe, green
1 shot cream
1 maraschino cherry

Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass, garnish with the cherry.

4. Guinness

Guinness is just beer, but you have to pour it like this:

Use a 20 oz. tulip pint glass.
Pour at a 45-degree angle from the tap.
Fill it ¾ of the way.
Let it settle until the foamy head sets up on top.
Top it off until you’ve got a domed top of foam.

3. Irish Pride

2 shot crème de menthe, green
2 shots amaretto
2 shots lemon juice

Pour it all, unceremoniously into a high ball glass, and stir.

2. Irish Martini

2 shots vodka
½ shot of vermouth
½ shot of Irish whiskey

Pour the whiskey into the martini glass and swirl it around coating the inside.  Dump the rest, then shake the vodka and vermouth in a chilled shaker. Strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.

1. Irish Car Bomb

½ a pint of Guinness
½ a shot of Irish whiskey
½ a shot of Irish cream

Float the half shot of Irish cream on top of the half shot of Irish whiskey.  Drop the shot into the half pint of Guinness and chug like hell.
