Brandi Favre – younger sister of sporadic NFL retiree Brett Favre – was arrested at a suburban Mississippi meth house after police found “a lot of drugs” inside. She was released on $40,000 bail, but is still waiting for Brad Childress to come pick her up in his SUV.
Favre, who is no stranger to the American justice system, has been previously arrested for both shoplifting and her role in a drive-by shooting. Yes, you read that correctly. Brett Favre’s sister was involved in a drive-by.
At her most recent arrest, police told local reporters, “we discovered the full lab in the bathroom; it was still cooking. I think we collected pretty close to ten grams of finished product, which, that's a lot of meth."
She and four others have been charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, transferring a controlled substance and generation of hazardous waste.
Sounds like Brett won't be the only one with a funny story about refusing to cooperate with authorities at the Favre family Thanksgiving this year.
