This T-Shirt Links to Your Facebook
The ateliers cum technogeeks over at W-41 have developed a new echelon for social networking. It’s a t-shirt with an individualized symbol on it – a symbol that links directly to your facebook profile. How? Hit the jump.
It works using W-41's proprietary application which generates a symbol for your facebook profile based on its URL, then allows your cell phone camera to recognize the symbol and navigate there via your mobile browser.
The informative and VERY creepy flash animation on their site shows a girl with her back turned at a bar, as an industrious stalker behind her looks up her facebook profile without her ever being the wiser.
Genius? Yes. Creepy? Yes. Do I want it? Definitely.
