Heather Graham Talks Tantric Sex | SPIKE

Heather Graham is bad. The actress recently told a U.K. newspaper that she is a naughty Catholic schoolgirl type, likes tantric sex, and would rather “grow old disgracefully than gracefully.”

The 39-year-old actress told the UK's Mail on Sunday that as a child her parents threatened to send her to a convent. She says, “I'm a good Catholic girl in the way that Madonna is. In the sense that I'm not that good at all.”

The actress also details her sex life and believes you haven't truly lived until you've tried tantric sexual healing:

I first got into it when I was filming The Guru in 2002 and I haven't looked back. What most people know about tantric sex is that Sting does it and it lasts eight hours. But he's not having sex continually. You can take a bath, massage your partner, listen to music. The idea is that you let the whole thing build very slowly until finally you merge with your partner. It works for me.

Graham says she cans see herself growing into a “naughty old lady.” She says she’d like to “stay saucy and sexy” and emulate the careers of Susan Sarandon, Charlotte Rampling, and Helen Mirren.
