Britney Spears Denies Boyfriend is Abusive

Britney Spears’ first husband has come forward and alleged that Spear’s current boyfriend Jason Trawick hit her. In an interview with Star Magazine, Jason Alexander claims “Britney is in an abusive relationship. She told me her life had turned into a nightmare.” Alexander was married to the pop star for 55-hours after a quickie Las Vegas marriage in 2004. He goes on to say that Spears told him Trawick, "hit her so hard it gave her a black eye.’ An audio recording of the alleged conversation has also been leaked online by Radar Online. Spear’s people have denied the allegations saying, “Every aspect of the story published by Star Magazine is completely and utterly false. Star Magazine was informed of the falsity of this story before it was published. The statements attributed to Jason Alexander are a complete fabrication as Britney has not had any form of communication with Mr. Alexander in years.” Her reps also say the audio recording are “so obviously fake as to be laughable.” Ms. Spears herself has not commented on the allegations. Did Sarah Palin Force Daughter to Appear on Dancing With the Stars?

Comedian Margaret Chow has written that her Dancing With the Stars co-star Bristol Palin was forced to appear on the reality television show by her mother Sarah Palin. In a blog published this week, Chow writes, “I heard from someone who really should know (really should seriously know the dirt really really) that the only reason Bristol was on the show was because Sarah Palin forced her to do it. Sarah supposedly blames Bristol harshly and openly (in the circles that I heard it from) for not winning the election, and so she told Bristol she "owed" it to her to do DWTS so that "America would fall in love with her again" and make it possible for Sarah Palin to run in 2012.” America apparently did fall in love with the young, unmarried mother and now Sarah Palin sees her daughter as a campaign asset. Bristol might not be the only Palin to appear on the dance show. DWTS producers are reportedly trying to woo Palin’s husband Todd to appear in the next season of the hit television show. Michael Jackson's Dad Shamelessly Refiles Wrongful Death Lawsuit

MJ's loving dad Joe Jackson has refiled a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray for the death if his son back in 2009. A federal judge threw out Joe's first claim, ruling the case should have taken place in a California state court. Joe's lawyer has now done so in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Joe Jackson is alleging that Dr. Murray was negligent in administering the drugs that killed the King of Pop. Joe is also trying to take down Applied Pharmacy Services, the Las Vegas establishment that sold the drugs to Murray. This guy’ll do anything for a buck. Just let Michael rest in peace. [Billboard]

Donald Trump Overstepping Boundaries in Entirely New Setting

Donald Trump loves the sound of his own voice. He also loves expressing his opinions, regardless of their relevance or acceptance. That’s why, when an opportunity to give a university advice about college football coaching, he jumped at the chance to spew advice. ESPN reports that “Donald Trump sent a letter to university president Donna Shalala this week, suggesting the Hurricanes hire Leach to replace the departed Randy Shannon. Leach and Trump have been friends for several years.” [ESPN]

Team Wins Game, Costs Themselves $1 Million

When Nevada beat Boise State last Friday night they may have lost a bit more than they actually won. According to The Business Insider “By knocking Boise State out of the hunt for a BCS bowl game, they cost every school in their conference the revenue that comes with the prestigious bowl games. Last year, the Western Athletic Conference took home $7.8 million as a result of Boise State's appearance in the Fiesta Bowl. Of that payout, about $3 million was given to Boise State and the rest was distributed evenly among the other eight schools (approximately $600K each).” [Business Insider]
