Along with these photos, which show us a Hyundai with its sights focused squarely on Lexus LS460 and 7-series BMW territory, was a price tag - the Korean equivelant of about $94,000. While the jury is still out on whether or not the upscale Equus will hit U.S. shores anytime soon, we can confirm that it will come equipped with the new 4.6 liter TAU V8, or a new optional 5.0-liter V8 making a tad over 420 horsepower.

It isn't a small car, either. The Equus is about 7 inches longer, 1.5 inches wider and has a wheelbase nearly 4.5 inches longer than the Genesis, a car whose success or failure in the U.S. market may very well dictate the American future of the Equus.
