If You Watch Just One Satire About the New York Mets' Repeated Failure, Make it This One

September 17, 2010

It’s hard to find the humor in a baseball team that spent $132 million to miss the playoffs and crush the dreams of thousands of people who weren’t smart enough to become Yankees fans when they were kids. That is, of course, unless a possibly fake infomercial about the franchise comes into play.

This hilarious video effectively documents the New York Mets' recent ineptitude while offering fans the chance to become part of the solution. (Plus it references both Keith Hernandez’s moustache and Roger Cedeno.)

Quite frankly, it’s about the only thing associated with the New York Mets worth watching this year.
