Did Kate Hudson Get an Adjustment?

Kate Hudson has always had small breasts, but recent photos of the Hollywood actress show her with an increased bust size. According to Us magazine, this is the result of secret breasts implants. A source told the tabloid magazine that “a plastic surgeon performed a small breast augmentation on the actress in late March.”
Hudson has apparently always been insecure about her bust size and wanted a little more cleavage. According to Us, “Kate makes jokes about her boobs, but her chest has always been one of her biggest insecurities.” Kate has not responded to the allegation.
Couldn’t her bigger breasts simply be the result of a little weight gain? Whatever the case, Hudson no longer needs to pad that bra.
