This is the New iPhone
You read that right - this is the real deal. Looks like one iPhone tester might be out of a job, as the newest iteration of Apple's smartphone was found completely by accident, having been left in a bar in Redwood City over the weekend. Hit the jump for the details.
The immediate details, as of now, include:
- Front-facing camera
- LED flash and new rear-mounted camera
- Flush form factor of similar size to 2G/3G/3GS
- The screen is slightly smaller than the 3GS, but appears to be extremely high resolution (960x640)
- Larger battery
- More squared-off design

As far as the phone's size, it measures 4.50 by 2.31 by 0.37 inches. It weighs 140 grams. The 3GS weighs 137 grams on a postal scale (and 135 on Apple's official measurements). So, in comparison, it's 3 grams heavier.

Unfortunately, the phone could not be brought up to a running state, so we'll have to wait a little longer for more details. In the meantime, here's the new phone in motion.
