David Arquette Dishes Dirt on Rebound Sex

October 12, 2010

Just one day after announcing their separation, Courteney Cox’s estranged husband is keeping it classy by blabbering about his post-marriage hook-up. Find out what he said after the jump.

David Arquette has admitted to sleeping with another woman. A day after he and estranged wife Courteney Cox announced their separation, Arquette called the Howard Stern radio show to spill the beans of those pesky infidelity rumors doing the rounds. He told Stern he did sleep with 28-year-old bartender Jasmine Waltz as some tabloid magazines have reported. He told Stern, “I did have sex with her one time, maybe twice… my sexual encounter made me feel pretty manly.”

Arquette says the affair with Waltz was not cheating as he and Cox had agreed they could see other people while separated. Arquette says, “Part of the terms of our separation was that I was allowed to see other people and so was she.” Even still, he probably shouldn't have told the entire world about it his post-marriage dalliance.

The 39-year-old actor also divulged the reason behind the breakdown of their 11-year marriage. Arquette told Stern, “She said to me, 'I don't want to be your mother anymore,' and I appreciated that and I respect that. I have been going to therapy and I am trying to grow up, I am trying to be my true self and be true to myself. I am trying to figure out myself and my world as is she. Listen, we are best friends. She is the greatest woman I have ever met. The moment I met her I knew, she is the greatest woman in the whole f**king world. Now, yes, she has her issues. She tries to take on everybody's problems, she tries to be a mother to everyone and that is why she doesn't want to be a mother to me anymore.”

Well, it sounds like he's dealing with it in a very healthy manner.
