Lindsay Lohan Suing Over Milkaholic Super Bowl Commercial

bygirls   March 09, 2010 at 3:48PM  |  Views:  |  Comment

Lindsay Lohan has filed a $100 million lawsuit against E*TRADE over a commercial featuring a “milkaholic” baby girl that aired during the recent Super Bowl. Find out why after the jump.

In a lawsuit filed in New York State, Lohan alleges that the brokerage firm modeled a milk-addicted baby named Lindsay after her (Lohan has a history of drug and alcohol addiction). She has filed suit saying the spot “improperly invoked her likeness, name, characterization, and personality without permission, violating her right of privacy.” Lohan is apparently under the assumption that she has the same single-name recognition as Oprah, Pink, and Madonna.

The troubled actress is seeking $50 million of compensatory damages and $50 million of exemplary damages. She also wants the commercial pulled from air. It sounds like someone needs cash, badly.

What do you think? Does the commercial "invoke" Lindsay Lohan?
