Need an excuse to have more sex? Tell your girl you need to get it on to make your semen stronger. Think of it as a sperm workout.
A new study shows that frequent sex may lead to better sperm. The research looked at 118 Australian men with damaged sperm. They were instructed by doctors to have sex every day for seven days. The results show that by doing this the men significantly reduced the amount of DNA damage in their sperm. Doctors found that in “81 percent of the men, there was a 12 percent decrease in the amount of damaged sperm.”
Other ways to increase sperm quality is to abstain from smoking, drink moderately, exercise, and consume more antioxidants.
So go ahead and suggest a "workout" tonight.
