Snooki Rejects Marriage Proposal | SPIKE

The new man in Snooki’s life doesn’t like to take things slowly. He's asked the reality television star to marry him. Find out how he did it after the jump.

Jeff Miranda, a 22-year-old Iraq War veteran, met Snooki at a New Jesery club two weeks ago and fell hard for the reality television star. So hard, he’s already asked for her hand in marriage. He didn’t do it the old-fashioned way (in person), but rather on the cover of a magazine. Miranda appeared shirtless, wearing army fatigue pants and boots, and assuming the proposal position on the cover of Steppin’ Out magazine. The headline reads "Jeff Miranda has a question for Snooki: WILL YOU MARRY ME?” It’s not the most intimate of marriage proposals, but it’s certainly original. Bottom line is it didn't work.

Miranda is apparently besotted with the pint-sized, self-described “guidette” (or the fame she shines on him). He tells the magazine, "I want us to be together forever. I could see us having children. I want to pop the question to her. If we got married we would be the best parents around. She's so loving and puts everyone else before herself. She'll be a great mother. If people could see us together they would think we're a match made in heaven.”

Snooki thinks otherwise and flatly rejected his proposal on Twitter. She tweeted, “Just want to set the record straight. I'm single and I'm not going to get married!”  Ouch. Looks like there’s trouble in Jersey Shore paradise.
