Describe yourself in 5 words or less.

I am Artistic, Ambitious, Laid Back, Entrepreneurial and a Perfectionist.

What drew you into the world of tattooing? What inspired you?

An old friend of mine suggested that I should try tattooing. I attended Delaware State University and I designed the new millennium logo in 2000, which they are still using today. I also interned at Walt Disney World as a graphic designer. I was supposed to be an art teacher but some trials and tribulations in my life would not allow me to do so.

When did you get your first tattoo? What was it?

I got my first tattoo when I was 17, and it was my name on my arm and two kanji symbols on my back which mean 'clever' and 'proud.'

How many tattoos have you inked total?

If I had to count how many tattoos I have done, I would say at least 10,000.

What's your signature style?

My signature style would have to be urban realism; black & gray.

Who is your muse?

My muse in the arts is Vincent van Gogh. I love his paintings.

Who is your tattoo crush (e.g. whose tattoos do you admire)?

Shane O'Neill

Who do you think is your biggest competition on the show?

Everyone on the show is here for a reason, and everyone's style is different, but I can't get past how Shane O'Neill's tattoos are oh-so-crispy. LOL.

What is the hardest part of being on Ink Master?

For me the hardest parts of being on Ink Master has to be the on the spot challenges, not knowing what is next and being away from my family for so long.

Why do you think you are the Ink Master?

I am the Ink Master because 150% of my customers are happy!!
