How To Win a Fight in Nine Days

by gdesanctis   July 30, 2009 at 4:41PM  |  Views: 112

So Amir Sadollah called me up a couple days ago and said he wanted to do a training vlog for Spike.com. "Great," I said "send it over." Now just nine days before his third shot at a UFC debut,  you might expect The Ultimate Fighter's training blog to have some, you know, training. But, c'mon look who we're dealing with.

He's apparently got some secrets from the cage that he can't show us so instead we got an Amir episode of Cribs. Seriously, we should have seen this coming. Stand by for more installments to come.
