So Amir Sadollah called me up a couple days ago and said he wanted to do a training vlog for Spike.com. "Great," I said "send it over." Now just nine days before his third shot at a UFC debut,  you might expect The Ultimate Fighter's training blog to have some, you know, training. But, c'mon look who we're dealing with.
