Filled with a gaggle of never-before-seen footage, here’s an amazing new Red Band trailer for The Thing. What’s being presented as a prequel to John Carpenter’s masterful horror classic, The Thing takes place at an Antarctica research site where the discovery of an alien spacecraft leads to some serious drama between the small group of individuals that inhabit the base.
Even though this looks kinda identical to the Carpenter version and even features a piece of the classic score at the end of the trailer, it’s still hard not to get pumped for this one.
