Starring the unbelievably sexy ensemble female cast of Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, and Jena Malone, Sucker Punch is an action-fantasy film co-written and directed by the one and only Zack Snyder. In the film we follow a young girl in the 1950s about to be lobotomized who attempts to escape an asylum with her inmate pals. Snyder describes the film as "Alice in Wonderland with machine guns.” The DVD/Blu-Ray features include Animated Shorts: Sucker Punch Prequel Stories, an extended cut of the film with an extra 18 minutes, and a maximum movie mode hosted by director Zack Snyder. Who knew action could be this sexy? Grab it.

Music

Beyonce 4 - Top Shelf Tuesday
Source: Columbia

Even though her music is mostly for the ladies, a full-length effort from former Destiny’s Child member Beyonce should never be taken lightly. As you might have guessed, 4 is the forthcoming fourth studio LP by the international pop queen and it is also the first official release by Knowles since slashing professional ties with father and now ex-manager Mathew Knowles. With solid lead singles "Run the World (Girls)" and "Best Thing I Never Had," the new album is already off to a steady start and should supply even more addictive bangers down the line. For those of you hesitating to give this one a chance, please take into consideration that with the help of Kanye West, The-Dream, and Tricky Stewart, 4 has brought together a who’s who on the production side and I doubt they’re not bringing their A-game to one of the biggest releases of the year. Did I also mention that Outkast legend André 3000 makes an appearance? Yeah, this is gonna be okay, guys.
