In the badass-looking new cop drama Rampart, set in early 1990s Los Angeles, veteran police officer Dave Brown (Woody Harrelson), the last of the renegade cops, works to take care of his family, but struggles for his own survival due to a serious drug and alcohol problem. This one looks seriously legit, guys. We may have a new Bad Lieutenant on our hands.
