Michael Phelps Allegedly Sleeping with His Poor Decisions | SPIKE

After getting his picture taken while doing bong rips at a South Carolina frat house, critics were concerned that Michael Phelps may lack the ability to make sound, positive decisions. Fortunately, his new romance with a reality show star who lists “being useless” as her current profession should help alleviate some of those concerns.

The relationship killers at TMZ are reporting:

Brittny Gastineau has landed herself a real American hero in the form of bazillion-time Olympic gold medal winner Michael Phelps. A source close to the pair tells us the whole thing is kind of new, but the pair hung out at the Mondrian Hotel on Friday night and were "very cozy." Then on Saturday, we're told they hit up a Coffee Bean and did a little shopping ... that's when we caught up with them.

Yes, the “bazillion-time” podium mounter has decided to dive into the reality show dating pool with a gal who appeared on a show called Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive in which spoiled children had to live like normal human beings for seven excruciating days.

Gastineau was unavailable for comment, but likely assumes that the common folk who watched all 18 episodes of her E! Network show are happy for her. Phelps, who has accomplished enough in his life to do whatever the hell he wants, did not return our beeper pages.
