Sports Illustrated Gets in The Cage With Bellator MMA

by Spike   January 16, 2013 at 12:00PM  |  Views: 4,462

In case you hadn't noticed, we're more than a little excited about the Spike debut of Bellator MMA, which kicks off LIVE on Thursday at 10/9c. And it looks like we're not the only ones.

An authority no less than Sports Illustrated came to Southern California recently to see how everything was falling into place for the big debut, and Loretta Hunt filed a report for SI.com.

Ms. Hunt spoke to Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney and Spike president Kevin Kay about all things related to Bellator MMA's big debut. If you want to know where Bellator has been before you see where it's going to go next, this will give you a lot of important background.

The fun starts Thursday, and seeing reports like this coming from places like Sports Illustrated just get us even more excited for the moment when that cage door closes. Be sure to check it out.
