A British man who believed his wife was having an affair has put her up for sale on eBay. Paul Osborn, 44, offered his “cheating, lying, adulterous slag of a wife” to the highest bidder. Bids started at just 1 pence (about 2 cents) and quickly climbed to a staggering bid of $969,890.
Paul listed his wife Sharon after hearing rumors that she was having an affair with one of her work colleagues. Paul told Britain’s UK Sun : "I started checking her emails and I realized the rumors were true. They had been discussing their sex life together and making plans for the future. I was absolutely destroyed. I gathered all her stuff in bags and dumped it in the drive.”
The couple later reconciled, but problems flared up again leading Paul to post Sharon on eBay. He said: In a fit of rage I put the advert on eBay. I later took it off because I realized it wasn’t the right thing to do. I was just so angry.”
Sharon has maintained that nothing is going on with her co-worker and she is not having an affair. She has contacted the police and they are investigating Paul for harassment.
This could just be the ultimate revenge.
