Lady Gaga Wins Video of the Year, Unveils New Album Title
After pretty much sweeping the entire MTV VMAs last night, Lady Gaga, suited up in a handmade beef dress, shed some tears after nabbing the award for Video of the Year. Then, she proceeded to belt out a few chords from her new single that's also the name of her new LP still in the works. Woo-freakin’-hoo.
